In-person and Virtual Assistant positions are available working directly with Nicole Miz. You will add your expertise to assist in services with a focus on healing, inspiration, divine intentions and collective positive impacts. Opportunities for 1-3 assistants with shared team projects.

- Organize correspondence and answer emails.
- Manage social media and replies (Facebook page and groups, Instagram, Tiktok, Zoom, YouTube).
- Handle confidential employer and client information with respect and honesty.
- Assist with photo shoots, video production, and social prep.
- Create posts in Canva.
- Creative ideas and solutions.
- Online and local research.
- Assist with classes on topics of creativity, art, spirituality, intuition and healing.
- Manage projects with hired freelancers.
- Present excellent customer-service skills with warmth, compassion, and in accordance with the Nicole Miz brand.
- Be open to intuition, connection to higher guidance, with a positive mindset, and desire for higher purpose.
- Support Nicole with your expertise and gifts so that she can focus on her expertise and mission.
Virtual Assistant Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Knowledgeable in technology to communicate via computer, smartphone, or text, etc.
- Be organized and able to multitask. Be flexible, intuitive and able to flow based on guidance.
- Able to document and manage tasks effectively and efficiently.
- Able to work with or without supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to proofread work for accuracy.
- Able to work flexible hours including some nights and weekends, to be determined.
- Previous experience handling assistant or administrative responsibilities, or experience in business, customer service or related field. Spiritual open-mindedness and knowledge of spiritual topics preferred. Must have transportation, computer or smart device.
Positions are part-time. Compensation/energy exchange based on skills and contributions. Openings available beginning January 2023.
